1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
kgd99 services are open only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. You must accurately confirm your age at the time of registration. We may request identity documents for age verification when necessary.
2.2 Account Restrictions
Each member may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Family members using the same device or internet connection must notify us in advance.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided in the registration form must be true, accurate, and up to date. kgd99 reserves the right to cancel an account and take any legal action if false or misleading information is provided. Notify the support team immediately if any of your details change.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately or let us know via live chat.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — for each payment method.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the account holder's own name.
Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Identity verification or other security checks may cause additional delays in the withdrawal process.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is the member's responsibility to provide all payment details correctly. kgd99 is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information. Contact the support team for any payment-related issues.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Members making their first deposit at kgd99 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by kgd99.
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- kgd99 reserves the right to modify or cancel the specific terms of any promotion.
- Bonuses are for honest, personal entertainment use only. Any misuse will result in the bonus being forfeited.
5 VIP Program & Cashback
kgd99's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and participation on the platform. kgd99 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. VIP status may be cancelled immediately if fraudulent activity is found.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
Abuse of bonus terms, bonus arbitrage, or bonus stacking.
Dishonest exploitation of technical errors in any game or system.
Use of automated software, bots, or other artificial methods.
Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
Fraudulent activity against other members or the platform.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
7 Games & Fair Play
7.1 Game Fairness
kgd99 ensures that all games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. All games available on the platform are developed by reputable software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi.
7.2 Game Results

9.2 Third-Party Liability
kgd99 is not directly responsible for any issues caused by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or game software providers. However, we will try to assist members in resolving such issues.
9.3 Gambling Risk

10 Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.
10.2 Closure at kgd99's Initiative
kgd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or unethical conduct. In such cases, the right to withdraw the balance may be cancelled.
10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Legal Provisions & General Terms
11.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the kgd99 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of the platform. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of any promotion together form the complete agreement between the platform and the member, and replace all prior oral or written agreements.
